• misuse artist information or contact details;

Artist profiles, biographies, genres, photographs, pricing indications and availability information are provided for general information and booking purposes.

Artist availability, performance fees, travel requirements and event conditions may change.

Information displayed on an artist profile does not constitute a guaranteed offer or confirmed booking.

Booking Enquiries

Submitting an artist booking form or enquiry does not constitute a confirmed booking.

A booking is considered confirmed only when Infini Clubbing provides confirmation after the relevant requirements, availability and payment conditions have been satisfied.

Infini Clubbing may contact the customer to clarify event details before confirming availability.

Booking Fees and Deposits

Certain bookings may require an advance or booking deposit.

Where a deposit is required, the amount and payment terms will be communicated before payment.

Payment of an advance may temporarily reserve or block an artist's date, subject to the specific confirmation conditions communicated for that booking.

Any remaining balance must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule.

Artist Availability

Artist availability may change due to scheduling, travel, illness, emergencies, venue restrictions or circumstances outside our control.

Where an artist becomes unavailable after an enquiry but before confirmation, Infini Clubbing may suggest alternative artists where appropriate.

Any arrangements following a confirmed booking will be handled according to the specific booking terms agreed with the customer.

Event Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information relating to the event, including:

• event date and timing;

• venue and location;

• event type;

• performance requirements;

• expected audience;

• technical requirements where applicable;

• permissions or licences required by the venue or organiser.

Material changes to these details may affect pricing or artist availability.

Pricing

Artist fees may depend on factors including artist selection, event location, event date, duration, travel, accommodation, production requirements and event type.

Any "starting from" price or indicative price displayed on the website should not be interpreted as a guaranteed final quotation.

Final pricing will be confirmed separately.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation, refund and rescheduling terms may vary by artist and booking.

Any applicable cancellation conditions should be communicated before a booking is confirmed.

Where third-party costs, artist advances, travel bookings or other non-refundable expenses have already been incurred, those amounts may not be refundable where permitted by applicable law and the agreed booking terms.

For major paid bookings, I strongly recommend that you eventually create a separate Booking & Cancellation Policy instead of relying only on this general clause.

Artist and Promoter Applications

Submitting an application to join Infini Clubbing does not guarantee acceptance, representation, promotion, bookings or paid work.

Infini Clubbing may review applications based on experience, suitability, professionalism, performance material and other relevant factors.

We may accept, reject, suspend or remove profiles from the platform at our discretion, subject to applicable agreements and law.

Artist Content

Artists and applicants are responsible for ensuring that photographs, videos, music, logos, biographies and other materials they provide may lawfully be used for their intended purpose.

By providing content for an artist profile or promotion, the artist grants Infini Clubbing permission to use that content for the agreed promotional, listing and booking purposes unless otherwise agreed.

Ownership of the underlying content remains with its respective owner.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Infini Clubbing name, website design, graphics, written content, branding and other original website materials are owned by or licensed to Infini Clubbing.

They may not be reproduced, republished or commercially used without permission.

Third-Party Services

Infini Clubbing may use third-party services including Wix, payment providers, social media platforms, venues and other technology or event partners.

Use of those services may also be subject to their respective terms and policies.

Limitation of Responsibility

Infini Clubbing will use reasonable efforts to facilitate bookings and provide accurate information.

However, event performance may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including venue issues, technical failures, weather, government restrictions, travel disruption or artist emergencies.

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use are intended to be governed by the laws of India.

Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction specified in the applicable booking agreement or, where no separate agreement applies, the appropriate courts having jurisdiction under Indian law.
